1Definitions

  • Platform

    The digital service enabling businesses to connect with delivery partners operating EV vehicles.

  • Delivery Partner

    Any individual or entity onboarded to provide delivery services using an electric vehicle (EV).

  • Business User

    Any business entity placing orders for delivery via the Platform.

  • Order

    A delivery request placed by a Business User.

2Onboarding and Account Creation

  • Delivery Partners must complete the onboarding process, which may include payment of a one-time onboarding fee and, if applicable, training or support fees.

  • Delivery Partners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and must not share them with third parties.

  • Delivery Partners must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including valid driving license, vehicle registration, and insurance documents as required by law. These documents must be kept current and provided to the Platform upon request.

3Provision of Delivery Services

  • Delivery Partners agree to provide delivery services using the EV category selected during onboarding.

  • Delivery Partners are solely responsible for the maintenance, charging, and upkeep of their EVs, as well as all associated costs.

  • Delivery Partners must ensure their vehicles are in good working condition to prevent delays.

  • The Platform is not responsible for any vehicle-related expenses or liabilities.

4Order Assignment and Fulfillment

  • Delivery Partners must be logged in to the Platform to receive and accept delivery orders.

  • Assignment of orders is at the sole discretion of the Platform and is based on availability and other operational criteria.

  • The Platform is not obligated to guarantee a minimum number of orders or earnings.

5Service Fees and Payments

  • Delivery Partners will receive payment for completed deliveries as per the rates communicated on the Platform.

  • The Platform may charge service or platform fees, which will be communicated in advance.

  • Payments will be made on a periodic basis (e.g., weekly), subject to successful completion of deliveries and compliance with Platform policies.

6Conduct and Compliance

  • Delivery Partners must act professionally and ethically, ensuring timely and safe delivery of orders.

  • Delivery Partners must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to traffic, safety, and EV operation.

  • Any misuse of the Platform, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of the account.

7Liability and Indemnity

  • Delivery Partners are solely liable for any loss, damage, or legal claims arising from their use of the Platform or performance of delivery services.

  • The Platform disclaims any liability for accidents, losses, or damages incurred during deliveries.

  • Delivery Partners agree to indemnify the Platform against any claims, losses, or damages arising from their actions or omissions.

8Termination

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Delivery Partner's account for breach of these terms, misconduct, or at its discretion, with or without notice.

9Miscellaneous

  • The Platform may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where the Platform is registered.
